10 Steps for easy handpiece repair!

1. Click on the “Request a Repair” in the navigation bar.
2. Select the type of handpiece that you would like to repair ( High Speed or Slow Speed) or you can request an estimate for Electric Handpieces.
3. Select the name of the handpiece manufacturer and enter the information about your specific handpiece.
4. Add the handpiece to the cart. You can go back and add as many handpieces as you need to the cart.
5. Enter you credit card info and check out. If you have a discount code, make sure you enter it in the “discount box” before you make your payment and check out.
6. We will email you confirmation that we received your order and we will send an additional email with your free UPS shipping label attached.
7. Attach the UPS shipping label to the package that you're using to send your handpiece in. Schedule a UPS pickup or drop it off at a local UPS shipping center.
8. We will test and repair your High Speed and Slow Speed handpieces as required. If your handpiece requires replacement parts, we will email you to request payment authorization for the additional parts and repair work.
9. If you have submitted an Electric Handpiece for an estimate, we will diagnose the problem and email you a quote to be approved before we start repairing your handpiece.
10. Before you know it, your handpieces will be back in your office and operating like new!
