Our Services

We'll always do our best to overnight your repaired handpiece within 24-48 hours of its arrival at Repair Dental repair center.

If your handpiece requires additional repairs or replacement parts, we will request your authorization by email for additional repairs and charges.

Electric Handpiece Repair - Estimate and Authorization Required

Before we repair your handpiece, we will test it and diagnose what is wrong with it. We will email you a quote to repair your handpiece. Once you receive the quote, you can either approve or decline the repair work. If you decline the repair, we will send your handpiece back ASAP.

If you would like to Pre-Authorize the repair and accept charges, please indicate that by checking the "Pre-Authorize and Repair as Needed" box above.

New Complete Turbine Assembly with Ceramic ABEC 9 Rated, Shielded Bearings • New O-rings • End Gasket Replacement • Lubrication of Bearings • Chuck Concentricity Test • Testing Under Load • Handpiece Head and Back Cap Cleaning • Chip Air and Water Line Cleaning • Polishing of Exterior Shell (Additional Charges for Rethreading Backends, Replacing Fiber Optics and other parts)

If your handpiece requires additional repairs or replacement parts, we will request your authorization by email to approve the additional repairs and charges.

When you request a repair you can choose one of these three service options:


  1. Standard Overhaul:  We will provide the services listed above. If your handpiece requires additional repairs or replacement parts, we will request your authorization by email for additional repairs and charges.

  2. Repair as Needed: Choose this option if you would like the standard overhaul and want to pre-approve any additional repairs and charges. If your handpiece cannot be fixed we will return your handpiece and refund the cost standard overhaul.

  3. Estimate Only: We will test and diagnose your handpiece and get your prior authorization to go ahead with the standard overhaul or any additional repairs.


After we receive your handpiece, our technicians will test it to determine if it requires additional repairs or parts.
